#1 BUYER RESOURCE

Your Rise Home Warranty

We follow Texas’s builder warranty requirements & build above them. Here’s the information available for reference & review.

Your Rise Home Warranty overview: 1 year workmanship, 2 year systems, and 10 year structural, with links to download your warranty documents.

1

Year Workmanship

This first year is about the quality of how your home was built and finished — the drywall, paint, cabinetry, and trim being done correctly. It focuses on the construction itself, not on everyday living once you’ve moved in. Normal use — a scuff on a wall, a scratch on a counter, general wear over time — is a normal part of owning a home and part of routine upkeep.

2

Year Systems

This period covers your home’s major working systems — the heating and cooling, electrical, and plumbing that run behind the walls, along with connections such as your water heater and gas lines. It’s focused on those systems performing as they should from how they were originally installed.

10

Year Structural

Your home’s structure — the foundation, load-bearing walls, and framing that hold everything together — is built for the long term. Structural situations can be complex and no two are alike, so when one comes up we look at it individually to understand what’s happening and do right by it. The specifics are described in your warranty documents.

Common Warranty Questions

Call our warranty line at 915.422.2892 or email warranty@risehomes.net. A coordinator will respond within 2 business days and schedule a site assessment.

Normal wear and tear, homeowner-caused damage, acts of nature (floods, hail, earthquake), and manufacturer appliance warranties are excluded from Rise’s builder warranty.

The 10-year structural warranty transfers to subsequent buyers during the active coverage period. Contact us for transfer documentation requirements.

Rise Homes manages all warranty repairs using our established subcontractors who built your home. We don’t outsource to unknown third parties.

Most warranty repairs are completed within 10–15 business days. Larger structural repairs may take longer based on material availability. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Appliances carry manufacturer warranties, not builder warranties. Rise will help you contact the manufacturer and facilitate any warranty claims during your first year in the home.
