What if the person I refer has already spoken to Rise Homes?
Unfortunately, only new leads are eligible. The referral must be submitted before the contact has visited, called, or messaged ICON.
When will I receive the $2,000?
Payment is processed within 30 days after closing.
What if my referral cancels or doesn't move forward?
The incentive only applies once the contract is signed. If they don’t build, no payment is issued.
Do I have to be a past Rise Homes client to refer someone?
Nope! Anyone can refer—friends, neighbors, golf buddies, tournament sponsors. If you’re connected, you can earn.
Can I refer someone who wants to buy an existing Rise home?
