With the increase of cases in our city, Rise Homes is doing all it can to keep our Models available to you while also understanding the importance of keeping our staff and customers safe.

For this reason, we have decided to initiate the following guidelines for Model home visits:

1. Our model home door will be locked. If you see our open sign up, please ring the doorbell and we will answer.
2. If no other visitors are already touring the home, we will allow access subject to the following items.
3. If there is another group in the mode, we would ask if we could schedule a time to meet with you as well if you were not able to wait.
4. Mask must be worn in order to enter our Models. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
5. We will take your temperature and if, over 100 degrees, we cannot allow access.
6. Observe social distancing with us keeping at least 6 feet apart.
7. No groups larger than 4 and only one group at a time in the model home.
8. We will ensure that hand sanitizer and soap is available.

Please understand that, for the safety of our staff and the general public, we cannot waiver from these guidelines and Rise Homes sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience these extra precautions may cause you.
